The Precise Quality Founders

 

Dr. Mitchell R. White

Mitch’s career in quality spans more than two decades, in a variety of industries from chemicals, to semiconductors and precision machine tools, to electronics and computers. Dow Chemical, Samsung, Applied Materials, Texas Instruments, Motorola and Dell are some of the organizations where he has demonstrated technical, managerial and innovation leadership. He has built high performance technical and Quality teams inside large corporations and government agencies, and has also led start-up enterprises. Mitch has delivered hundreds of training sessions in quality, statistics and technology on several continents. He has consulted for over 200 high-tech and manufacturing firms. He currently supports manufacturing quality efforts for clients in Europe, Asia, Indochina and the U.S.

Mitch is also an adjunct Professor of Chemistry at Texas Lutheran University, where he delivers classes in Physical Chemistry and General Chemistry while assisting with the Business of Science curriculum and undergraduate research in the sciences.

Paula Jo White

Paula Jo White has fifteen years experience as an engineer and manager in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing sector. Ms. White has worked on substantial quality and manufacturing improvement projects in the areas of equipment assembly, shipping processes and supply chain optimization. She is a certified Yellow Belt, pending Green Belt, and is preparing to finalize her Black Belt certification next spring.

Kristina Hamilton

Kristina Hamilton is a mathematician, physicist and engineer with experience predominantly in semiconductor manufacturing. Ms. Hamilton worked extensively in Quality Improvement inside Samsung Austin Semiconductors, where she completed her certification as a Black Belt. She also works on course development and web-delivered instruction for Precise.
