Testimony
Thousands of client representatives have been served by Precise Quality personnel over the past 20+ years. Here are a few testimonials about their relationship with Precise:
Consultant Integrated Services Platform(CISP)
Dr. White helped us build a cadre of certified professional consultants to provide quality improvement services to Dell’s supply base in Asia. With Dr. White’s able direction and assistance, we were quickly into the marketplace with a superior workforce. We believe that Dell’s quality will see long-term benefits from this program, and also Taiwan’s consulting base will be stronger for years to come.
Dennis Liu, Director of the Consulting Integrated Services Platform, Taiwan
WWS, Inc.
I had the distinct pleasure to collaborate with Dr. White of Precise Quality as we developed and improved quality programs for Dell, Inc. and their suppliers. Dr. White’s professionalism, technical leadership and cultural awareness combine to provide world-class insights and program development. I plan to join forces again with Precise upon my return from Taiwan.

Global Business Performance Improvement
Dr. White has been an integral part of the consulting team with Global Business Process Improvement for a decade. He has provided leadership in classroom facilitation, course development, and especially with our engineers and suppliers. Global BPI produced $14 billion savings over that decade, and Dr. White’s participation was essential to that level of success.

Texas Lutheran University
Recently, Texas Lutheran had an urgent, short-term need for a world-class scientist and educator. Dr. White stepped in and provided the required courses on very short notice, while delivering an enhanced, supportive learning environment for students. He provided exceptional coaching and encouragement, including extra office and laboratory hours, instrument support in the labs, and interactions with other faculty across the campus. After the term ended, Dr. White remained a valuable part of the TLU experience by providing research leadership for our Summer Research Program. Indeed, he remains a valued colleague and educator here at Texas Lutheran, operating in an Adjunct Professor role to further the research mission of the University.
Dr. John McClusky, Professor and Chair, Chemistry Department, Texas Lutheran University
